In the 12 months ending in July, the growth was 1.43%. In the year, there was reduction of 0.22%.<\/p>\n<p>The IC-Br is calculated based on the price variation of exported Brazilian primary products and commodities, in Brazilian reals. The BC studies products that are relevant to price dynamics for Brazilian consumers.<\/p>\n<p>In July, energy commodities (oil, natural gas and coal) recorded the greatest expansion, 4.38%, followed by metals (aluminium, iron ore, copper, tin, zinc, lead and nickel), with 2.79%.
