The stretch in question includes the RJ-071, locally called the Red Line, and the access to Presidente Costa e Silva Bridge. According to the invitation to tender, the concession includes the elevated road that connects the bridge to the Red Line, and the lower passage on Avenida Feliciano Sodr&eacute;, east-west direction, passing over Pra&ccedil;a Renascen&ccedil;a in the city of Niter&oacute;i. <\/p>\n<p>The studies must consider the current and future vehicle demand in the access and adjacent roads, a research of users&rsquo; origin and destination, the roadwork required and associated costs, programs for maintenance, preservation and inspection, monitoring and associated costs, equipments, devices and systems necessary for operating the road, signalization, and reports on the impacts this intervention will have on the environment. <\/p>\n<p>Companies interested in elaborating the study have ten days, as of the invitation to tender publication date, to apply for an authorization at the Ministry of Transport.
