In a communiqu\u00e9, the IMF has reported that the king and Lagarde spoke on the crisis in Syria, Jordan\u2019s economic performance, and the organization of a high-level conference due in May in Amman. <\/p>\n<p>As per the Fund\u2019s communiqu\u00e9, Lagarde praised the efforts of Jordanian authorities to promote economic reforms, in tandem with a loan program from the IMF. The project is designed to create jobs, promote inclusive growth and economic stability.
