With the theme &ldquo;The world is not black &amp; white&rdquo;, the competition will evaluate works with Brazil&rsquo;s landscape colours and culture. The subscription deadline is June 12.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The competition is open to 16 to 25 year-old natives and residents of Qatar, Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom. The initiative is part of the 2014 Qatar-Brazil Year of Culture, promoted by the Qatar Museums Authority (QMA).<\/p>\n<p>The award will have 12 winners coming to Brazil in September this year for a creative journey in which they will work with professional artists, photographers, curators, filmmakers, and musicians, to develop their abilities in leadership, communication and creativity.
