The states pending certification are Alagoas, Cear&aacute;, Maranh&atilde;o, Para&iacute;ba, Pernambuco, Piau&iacute; and Rio Grande do Norte.<\/p>\n<p>The Brazilian minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Neri Geller, is attending the meeting in Paris, which will mark the 90th anniversary of the OIE, of which Brazil is a founding member.
