The rate is higher than July&rsquo;s 4.6% and August&rsquo;s 4.5%. <\/p>\n<p>Services sector revenues are up 7.1% in the 12-month period ended September and up 6.6% year-to-date through September. The sharpest increase in September was in professional, administrative and complementary services, up 11.1%.
