Export revenues reached US$ 1.2 billion. The second leading exporting state was Paran&aacute;, at US$ 820 million, followed by Mato Grosso, at US$ 755 million, Minas Gerais, at US$ 668 million, and Rio Grande do Sul, at US$ 577 million.<\/p>\n<p>Year-to-date through November, S&atilde;o Paulo was also the top exporter, at US$ 16.6 billion. Sugar and ethanol accounted for the lion&rsquo;s share of sales, grossing US$ 6.23 billion.
