In November from October 2014, however, output was down 1.5%. <\/p>\n<p>The same holds true of natural gas: production reached 91.7 million cubic metres, up 16% from November 2013, but dropped by 1.1% in November from October 2014. <\/p>\n<p>According to ANP, the lower output in November from October was largely due to the fact that maintenance at rigs brought production to a halt. In all, 2.935 million barrels of oil equivalent were produced per day (boed) in November. <\/p>\n<p>Production at the pre-salt area averaged at 602,300 barrels of oil per day, and 20.9 million cubic metres of natural gas per day.
