The place is subordinated to Brazil&rsquo;s embassy in Beirut and operates in the promotion of Portuguese and Brazilian culture. Registration can be made until April 15th. <\/p>\n<p>The new manager will be responsible for the formulation and execution of the institution&rsquo;s budget and activities. The place offers regular courses on Portuguese and promotes several cultural activities, such as movie screenings, exhibitions and workshops related to Brazil. <\/p>\n<p>The candidates must be of Lebanese nationality or have a visa status that allows for residence and work in the Arab country. It&rsquo;s necessary to have higher education diploma and be fluent in Portuguese and English. <\/p>\n<p>According to the public notice of the selection process, preference will be given to candidates with experience on management of cultural or educational institutions; or experience on teaching of Portuguese or management of cultural projects. <\/p>\n<p>The selection will be made based on curriculum analysis and personal interview. The chosen candidate will go through a probation period of four months at the embassy. If approved, the candidate will be confirmed on the post. <\/p>\n<p>The new director of the Brazil-Lebanon Cultural Centre will be hired under the Lebanese labor legislation with 40 hours per week.
