The index reached 73.5 points this month and still remains below the average, which is 118.3 points. However, it recovered over last month, when it dropped 4.7% over April. <\/p>\n<p>According to data released this Friday (26th) by FGV, the slight increase was boosted by the index that measures the expectations of the sector&rsquo;s businessmen for the economy in six months&rsquo; time. Meanwhile, the index that measures the current situation of the economy by these businessmen&rsquo;s viewpoint declined in June for the seventh straight month. In comparison with last month, it was a 4.2% drop.
