The information was released this Monday (13th) by Tangier Mediterranean Special Agency, the port&rsquo;s administrator.<\/p>\n<p>Automaker Renault&rsquo;s proprietary terminal at the port handled 127,000 units, 107,000 of which were made at the Renault plant in Mellousa, Morocco. Vehicle throughput at the terminal was up 35% from H1 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The port&rsquo;s regular automobile terminal handled 30,000 units in H1 this year, up 20%. <\/p>\n<p>Also in H1, 135,000 road transportation trucks were handled at the port, up 6% from H1 2014. <\/p>\n<p>The port also handled 740,000 passengers, the same as in H1 of last year.
