The shopping mall is located in an artificial island, Yas Island, a natural-light-filled place that hosts the main international and regional brands, besides restaurants and services.<\/p>\n<p>Khoory has more than ten years of experience in business and will speak also about the theme park Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, located in the same island of the mall, which is property of Aldar Properties. The park has 86,000 square meters, is the world\u2019s largest indoor theme park, according to its owners, and offers leisure activities.<\/p>\n<p>The Yas Mall general manager will speak on August 27th, at 5:40 PM. The forum of which he is a speaker covers sales outlets and retail expansion. The central topic of the discussions will be \u201cCuisine, leisure, entertainment in commercial centers\u201d, with discussions about the growth of these attractions as part of the Brazilians\u2019 consumption list.<\/p>\n<p>The lectures will cover from the case of the giant aquariums installed in shopping malls to the revitalization of street commercial centers, the current scenario of commercial rents, outlooks of the franchise market, shopping malls expansions, among other topics.<\/p>\n<p>Latam Retail Show is promoted by Gouv\u00eaa de Souza (GS&#038;MD) and will take place from August 24 to 27th at Expo Center Norte with the topic \u201cOne Stop Shopping\u201d. Besides the Retail Real Estate, the event will present the Latin America Retail Forum, Franchise and Business Networks Management International Forum, Digital Retail International Forum and the Design in Retail Forum. There will also be an exhibition of retail-oriented products and services. <\/p>\n<p>The event is been held for 25 years already. There will be 3,000 attendees, the majority of them presidents, directors and managers of companies, an exhibition area with 14,000 square meters and 280 exhibiting brands. The organizers are expecting the presence of 15,000 people from Latin America. The event promoter, GS&#038;MD, is a services and consulting company in the fields of retail, marketing and distribution.
