According to data taken from the estimations of the financial sector released by the Focus Bulletin this Monday (24th), the official inflation will be of 9.29% at the end of the year. Last week, estimations pointed to a price raise of 9.32%. For next year, the estimation went up to 5.5%. Last week, the financial institutions forecasted a inflation of 5.44% in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The Focus Bulletin is a weekly survey done by the Brazilian Central Bank. The same survey showed that the market again is forecasting a higher drop of the Brazilian Gross Domestic Product (GDP) this year and in 2016. Estimations called for the GDP to shrink 2.06% in 2015. The previous forecast was of a 2.01% drop.
