The forecast for 2015 remained flat and the one for 2016 is worse than last week&rsquo;s 1.9% shrinkage forecast.<\/p>\n<p>Industrial output projections also remained unchanged: a 7.4% drop is expected this year and the forecast of decline for 2016 changed from 2% to 2.15%. The net debt-to-GDP ratio forecast improved slightly, from 35.8% to 35.5%.
