Three sections of the Port of Santos, located in the S&atilde;o Paulo state coastline, were dealt during the presentation of bids at the S&atilde;o Paulo Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>According to information released by the Ports Secretariat, the first section leased will be used for plant-based solid&nbsp;bulk cargo. The winning consortium, formed by trading companies Louis Dreyfus and Cargill, will pay BRL 303.03 million (USD 81.139 million) for the space leasing. The companies were granted 25 years of use.<\/p>\n<p>Another leasing, for paper and pulp cargo, was granted to Marimex Despachos Ltda. for the price of BRL 12.5 million (USD 3.34 million). With a bid of BRL 115.04 million (USD 30.803 million), Fibria Papel Celulose was granted the third section auctioned.
