The Brazilian Civil Aviation Secretariat is forecasting 16 million passengers during the special end-of-year effort Opera&ccedil;&atilde;o Fim de Ano, which began on Thursday (10) and will end on January 10. Last year, from December 15 to January 10, the country&rsquo;s 15 main airports handled the 20 million people.<\/p>\n<p>Demand for air transport in Brazil declined in the second half of the year and saw a 5.7% decrease in October from a year ago, according to the Brazilian Airlines Association (Abear).
