The result is far from the target set for this year, which is of a primary surplus, meaning revenues higher than costs, excluded spending with interest rates that reaches BRL 24 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The forecast is part of the fourth edition of the survey Prisma Fiscal (Fiscal Prism), developed by the Secretariat of Economic Policy of the Ministry of Finance and based on data from 30 financial institutions. The survey was released this Thursday (17) in Bras&iacute;lia.
