The company employs, approximately, five thousand flight attendants from 110 different nationalities.<\/p>\n<p>To take part in the process, the candidate needs to register in the company&rsquo;s website (http:\/\/migre.me\/twGzx) and wait for approval. Only candidates invited by the company should attend the selection process.<\/p>\n<p>Those interested in working at Etihad should meet some requirements. They have to be at least 21 years old and present a high school certification or higher education. The candidates need to be fluent in verbal and written English, and knowledge in other languages is an additional benefit.<\/p>\n<p>The candidates need to know how to swim and be confident to do it with the aid of flotation device. They need to be able to reach, without shoes (with their arms) 2.10 meters. And they can&rsquo;t have tattoos or piercings that are visible whilst wearing the uniform. The company also doesn&rsquo;t take candidates with a criminal record.<\/p>\n<p>According to the website Emirates 24\/7, Etihad offers competitive wages and free accommodation in a modern shared furnished apartment. The company also provides transportation from accommodation to the airport for flight duties and back home. <\/p>\n<p>Among the benefits are unlimited personal travel at special rates, an annual leave ticket and concessions for family and friends to use.
