Measured by Funda&ccedil;&atilde;o Getulio Vargas (FGV), the index increased in 14 of the 19 sectors surveyed.<\/p>\n<p>For FGV&rsquo;s assistant superintendent for Economic Cycles, Aloisio Campelo Jr, the result indicates an improvement in business owners&rsquo; expectations, which has been going up since April. &ldquo;A movement that can be defined as a reduction of pessimism.
