The Brazil Commodities Index (IC-Br) computed monthly by the Brazilian Central Bank was up 0.01% in June from May. The index was up 935% in the 12 months ended June and down 4.62% year-to-date through June. <\/p>\n<p>The IC-Br tracks price fluctuations in Brazilian currency of commodities that are relevant to domestic consumer price dynamics in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, energy commodities (oil, natural gas and coal) dropped 3.21%, while metals (aluminum, iron ore, copper, tin, zinc, lead and nickel) dropped 1.76%.
