São Paulo – Organizers of the São Paulo International Motor Show, set to run from November 10 to 20, said this Monday (1) that 30 car brands have confirmed their attendance at Brazil’s leading auto industry event so far. <\/p>\n
They are: Audi, BMW, Chery, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Lifan, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, RAM, Renault, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Troller and Volkswagen.<\/p>\n
Highlights of the show, according to its organizers, will include the sports car Nissan GT-R, slated for release in the country next October, the Porsche 718 Cayman, scheduled for the end of this year, and Chevrolet’s remodeled Cruze hatchback. The American carmaker will also showcase the latest generation of its sports car Camaro, and the updated Tracker SUV. Jaguar will be showing an SUV of its own, the F-Pace.<\/p>\n
The Motor Show will take place at São Paulo Expo, formerly the Centro de Exposições Imigrantes, and will span 90,000 sqm. An outdoor area will be available for visitors to test drive some vehicles. The last edition of the biennially-held event welcomed 750,000 visitors, and was outnumbered only by car shows held in Paris, Frankfurt, Detroit, and Tokyo, according to the organizers. <\/p>\n
