Focusing on this, Michel Alaby, the CEO of the <strong>Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce<\/strong>, will present the lecture <em>Cultural Aspects and Negotiations with the Arab Countries<\/em> in the Paran&aacute; state cities of Londrina, on August 17, and Maring&aacute;, on August 18. Registrations are open. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I will speak on the culture of these countries and how to deal with Arabs. There are three clear targets, which are patience, persistence and negotiation strategies. The strategy is to know the tactics that Arabs usually employ when they bargain on prices with their trade partners&rdquo;, says Alaby. <\/p>\n<p>The Arab Chamber&rsquo;s CEO points out that Londrina&rsquo;s and Maringa&rsquo;s main exporting sectors are of foodstuffs, especially poultry, plus wood, soy, maize and processed foods. &ldquo;The state of Paran&aacute; is a large poultry exporter&rdquo;, says Alaby. The executive also plans to demonstrate to business owners of other sectors how to achieve success in sales to the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n<p>The audience will also learn more about the services that the Arab Chamber offers to companies, such as the document certification. Alaby told that the organization will be the only one in Brazil authorized to issue a registration for exporters that is being implemented by Egypt&rsquo;s government. The registration will include data about the company, products, quality control and the presence of the brand&rsquo;s representatives in the Arab country.
