Thirteen blocks will be auctioned for oil extraction in the Esp&iacute;rito Santo, Potiguar and Rec&ocirc;ncavo basins.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the National Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANP) can proceed with auctioning the blocks, which are located in inactive marginal areas. The auction date is yet to be set.
