To that end, it is crucial that the Ministry&rsquo;s technicians and their Moroccan counterparts stay in touch at all times. We will schedule missions from one country to the other,&rdquo; the minister said. <\/p>\n<p>The countries are considering a cooperation and investment facilitation agreement. The minister hopes it will be signed by the first quarter of 2017.
