The provisional measure that allows for the purchase of the product from a foreigner supplier says that the &ldquo;unfeasibility&rdquo; or &ldquo;reasonable uncertainty&rdquo; as to meeting the demand for money supply characterizes it as an emergency situation for the purchasing of paper for currency and metal coins from suppliers in other countries.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement sent to ANBA, Casa da Moeda do Brasil (Brazilian mint) said that it&rsquo;s working to normalize the production contracts of paper money and coins.
