In the comparison with September 2015, it climbed even more at 7.1%. However, the Inec is still below the historical average of 108.9 points.<\/p>\n<p>Improvement in expectations regarding inflation and unemployment rates contributed to the index increasing. For Marcelo Azevedo, an economist at CNI, despite the improvement in expectations, there&rsquo;s still a great concern over unemployment and inflation.
