At their 51,400 manufacturing units, these businesses made 3,441 different types of products, whose sales grossed a combined BRL 2.2 trillion in that year.<\/p>\n<p>The figures are from the survey Pesquisa Industrial Anual &ndash; Produto (PIA Produto 2014), released by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) this Wednesday (19).
