This was the fourth straight monthly decline. Year-on-year in October, revenue plummeted by 18%.<\/p>\n<p>All indicators tracked in the survey showed a decline in October from September. Hours worked in manufacturing slid 1.7% to the lowest level since record-keeping began, in 2003. Industry employment fell by 0.6%, for the 21st straight month.
