According to information made public this Monday (2) by Itaipu Binacional, it welcomed 954,572 visitors last year, a record figure and 16% above the number registered in 2015. The previous record was from 2013. <\/p>\n<p>According to the company, there are two types of visitation: institutional and touristic; and it&rsquo;s possible to enter the facilities coming from both Brazil and Paraguay.
