It was the second year-on-year drop &ndash; consumption had dropped by 1.9% in 2015 from 2014. The numbers were made public this Thursday (16) by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP).<\/p>\n<p>ANP said that last year, fuel sales in Brazil reached 135.436 billion liters, down from 141.811 billion liters in 2015.
