The rates required will be 50% for onshore exploration, 18% for offshore operations during the exploration stage, 25% for the building of offshore wells, and 40% for offshore loading and offloading systems. The rate of locally-made content required on oil rigs will be 25%. <\/p>\n<p>Currently, the requirements are decided upon separately for each bidding round.
