The rate is a decline from 0.38% in January and 0.90% in February 2016, as per the Extended National Consumer Price Index (IPCA) issued this Friday (10) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) in Rio de Janeiro. It&rsquo;s also the lowest for a February since 0.13% in the year 2000. <\/p>\n<p>Year-to-date through February, the IPCA is up 0.71%.
