Cons&oacute;rcio Porto Santar&eacute;m, a consortium formed by Petr&oacute;leo Sabb&aacute; and Petrobras Distribuidora, placed the winning bid at BRL 68.2 million (USD 22 million) for a 25-year concession.<\/p>\n<p>The Brazilian federal government said 25% of the amount will be paid upon the contract&rsquo;s signing, with the remainder to be supplied in four installments.
