The lots that didn&rsquo;t receive an offer were lots 12 (Maranh&atilde;o and Tocantins), 16 (Piau&iacute; and Maranh&atilde;o), 17 (Rio Grande do Sul) and 24 (S&atilde;o Paulo). <\/p>\n<p>The concessions were for the construction, operation and maintenance of 7,400 kilometers of transmission lines and substations with 13,200 megavolt ampere (MVA). The installations go into operation within 36 to 60 months.
