In comparison to Q1 2016, there was a 0.29% increase, according to non-adjusted data since the comparison is being made between the same periods. <\/p>\n<p>In March, the seasonally-adjusted numbers displayed a decline of 0.44% over February. This was the first monthly decline this year. In a comparison between March of this year and the same period of 2016, there was an increase of 1.05%.<\/p>\n<p>Year-over-year ending in March, the indicator has declined 2.78%.
