The event is free of charge and open to business owners and executives.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;ll highlight the importance of the global food security issue as an instrument for peace because, where there&rsquo;s hunger, there&rsquo;s no way for peace to exist,&rdquo; said Rodrigues in an interview with ANBA about one of the topics that he will cover in the lecture. Within this context, Rodrigues will talk about Brazil&rsquo;s role, the use of technology and human resources in the cooperation for global food security.<\/p>\n<p>The role taken by the agribusiness in job creation and the demand of Arab countries will also be covered by the former minister. &ldquo;Within the global context, I&rsquo;ll show what the demand by Arab countries for food is and what Brazil can do to meet it,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Rodrigues will also talk about the main agricultural products exported by Brazil in the last decade and the factors involved in the establishing of prices of these commodities. The cooperation between food importing countries will also be discussed in the event.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Roberto Rodrigues is the coordinator of the Agricultural Center of Funda&ccedil;&atilde;o Getulio Vargas and a special ambassador of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United States (FAO).
