It climbed to 107.9 points on a scale of zero to 200, the highest level since Q3 2014 (109.3 points). Scores higher than 100 points indicate optimism. <\/p>\n<p>The rate of industrial companies that plan to increase investment in the next 12 months (25.6%) was higher than that of businesses that plan to invest less (17.7%).
