It&rsquo;s the lowest preliminary inflation rate since June 2006, when the IPCA-15 was -0.15%.<\/p>\n<p>According to data made public this Friday (23) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), with June&rsquo;s preliminary rate, the official inflation is now at 3.52% year-over-year.
