Output increased the most in Rio de Janeiro (3.1%), Amazonas (2.8%), Pernambuco (1.7%) and Minas Gerais (1.6%).<\/p>\n<p>Production also increased in S&atilde;o Paulo (0.8%), Paran&aacute; (0.5%), Esp&iacute;rito Santo (0.1%), Cear&aacute; (0.1%) and Goi&aacute;s (0.1%).
