The book was written for engineers, architects and other experts and students from the civil construction sector. Yazigi is an engineer and owner of the namesake construction company. He was president of the Arab Chamber for three two-year terms, 1981\/82, 1987\/88 and 1989\/90. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It sells almost an edition per year,&rdquo; said Yazigi on <em>Building Technique<\/em>. &ldquo;And each new edition is reviewed, updated and expanded,&rdquo; he added. <\/p>\n<p>The book&rsquo;s first edition was launched almost 20 years ago. &ldquo;The first launch I did at Sinduscon-SP (Civil Construction Industry Union), which sponsored the book,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;Now, since I&rsquo;m president of the Council, we will hold it at the Arab Chamber,&rdquo; he added.<\/p>\n<p>The other book is about a completely different theme: gastronomy. Yazigi listed hundreds of words in English, translated, described and gathered them in a book. <\/p>\n<p>He says that in trips abroad he used to visit the markets and many times found many names of foods and kitchen utensils in English that he didn&rsquo;t know, such as different types of cheeses, sausages, fruits, vegetables, meats and fishes.<\/p>\n<p><!--[{![cemb_9_714868_2]!}]--><\/p>\n<p>He started to write them down to later look for their meanings in dictionaries and on the web. &ldquo;I ended up doing a glossary,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;I like to write, it&rsquo;s a hobby of mine,&rdquo; he told. <\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s especially useful to those who search for recipes on the internet and find that term in English whose meaning no one knows. <\/p>\n<p>The book signing will start at 5:30 pm, August 29, a Tuesday.
