The forecast for 2018 changed from 4.06% to 4.02%, in the sixth week-on-week drop. <\/p>\n<p>The benchmark interest rate, known as Selic, is expected to be 7% per annum this year and the next, the same as last week&rsquo;s forecast. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is seen growing by 0.70% this year, the same as last week.
