The topic was discussed in a meeting between the Arab country&rsquo;s ambassador in Bras&iacute;lia, Mohammed Al-Hayki, and the national secretary of Tourism Structuring of the Ministry of Tourism (MTur), Jos&eacute; Ant&ocirc;nio Parente, published the website of the ministry this Tuesday (17).<\/p>\n<p>According to Al-Hayki, the Qataris are interested in luxury hotels and theme parks, to serve international visitors with high purchasing power. They are focusing on Foz do Igua&ccedil;u (PR), Pantanal and the Northeast region.<\/p>\n<p>For the MTur&rsquo;s secretary, the foreign investment is welcome in the sector. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s opening doors to new markets.
