The hotel was designed in 2015 and is located at Jumeirah Bay Island, a new island with the shape of a seahorse that was built in only two years at Dubai&rsquo;s coastline.<\/p>\n<p><!--[{![cemb_9_715867_1]!}]--><\/p>\n<p>The daily fee of the hotel&rsquo;s Villas is expected to be the emirate&rsquo;s most expensive. These are luxury houses of one to three bedrooms, ranging from 175 to 1,000 square meters. The Bulgari Villa, the hotel&rsquo;s largest and most sophisticated, has a built area of 540 square meters, with private outdoor area of 500 sqm, with a garden and wooden decked terrace, oval pool, private home cinema, indoor jacuzzi and hammam, among other conveniences. <\/p>\n<p>The daily fee was not released, but it&rsquo;s estimated to be more expensive than the three-bedroom Villa of 315 sqm. The minimum three-night stay in this Villa costs around USD 17,000, without taxes.<\/p>\n<p>If compared to two other luxury hotels in the emirate, this three-bedroom Villa is more expensive. At hotel Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Royal Residences, the four-bedroom Villa costs near USD 14,000 for a three-night stay. The famous Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, the sail-shaped traditional landmark of the city, charges USD 7,000 for a three-night stay at the Deluxe room, with 335 sqm. The data was surveyed at the booking website Booking.com and at the hotels&rsquo; websites.<\/p>\n<p><!--[{![cemb_9_715869_2]!}]--><\/p>\n<p>The new luxury hotel has 101 rooms and 20 Villas and is managed by the group Marriot Ritz-Carlton. The project designed by the group Meeras also has a marina for 50 boats and the Bulgari Yacht Club. The total cost of the project was estimated at around USD 1 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The island&rsquo;s residences include 165 apartments from 1 to 4 bedrooms located in six buildings, with eight penthouses valued at USD 16.5 million each, plus 15 mansions.
