In all, according to the entity, 220 pieces competed in the categories printed press, radio, television, photography and internet. ANBA won in the internet category for the second year in a row.<\/P><br \/> <P>The journalist Alexandre Rocha, author of the winning article, won the prize from the CNT vice president, Newton Gibson. The contemplated piece was a series of reports about the transport infrastructure in the midwestern Brazilian state of Mato Grosso, entitled &quot;Mato Grosso: Private sector invests to overcome logistics bottlenecks&quot;.<\/P><br \/> <P>At the ceremony, commanded by journalist Chico Pinheiro, from TV station Globo, were awarded also Fabio Schivartche and Alencar Izidoro, from the newspaper Folha de S\u00e3o Paulo, with the article &quot;Fraud in Transports Tenders in S\u00e3o Paulo&quot;; Emerson Maur\u00edcio Ferraz, from TV Globo, with the report &quot;Clandestine Trip&quot;; Cust\u00f3dio Coimbra, from the newspaper &quot;O Globo&quot; with the picture &quot;Boi na Linha&quot; (which is a play on words, meaning &quot;problems in sight&quot; and also &quot;oxen on the railway track&quot;); and Cid Martins, from the radio of the southernmost Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, R\u00e1dio Ga\u00facha\/RBS, with the article &quot;BR 116 &#8211; A Time Bomb&quot;, referring to the highway BR 116.<\/P><br \/> <P>The winner of the Great CNT Journalism Award was the photography reporter from the newspaper O Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, Jos\u00e9 Luis da Concei\u00e7\u00e3o, for the picture &quot;In the mud on Cuiab\u00e1-Santar\u00e9m highway&quot;<\/P><br \/> <P>The jury was formed by Liliane Cardoso, from TV Globo; Luiz Recena Grassi, newsroom director at the newspaper Tribuna do Brasil; M\u00e1rcia Detoni, from Radiobras (Ag\u00eancia Brasil); Carlos Henrique Rocha, professor in the masters course in transportations at the University of Brasilia (UNB); and Ros\u00e2ngela Vieira Rocha, journalism professor at UNB.<\/P><br \/> <P>The CNT Journalism Award exists for about 12 years. Last year, the entity included for the first time the internet category.
