Suez Canal is a Brazil-Arab trade route

This Thursday (1) in your ANBA Bulletin: How will the Suez Canal blockage impact Brazil-Arab trade? The canal is a shipping route for Brazilian goods to reach the Gulf, but experts say the impact should not extend beyond the delay in some deliveries. Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) secretary-general Tamer Mansour believes everything will go back to normal within three weeks.

Saudi Arabia announced two big projects to tackle climate change, including planting 50 billion trees and reducing carbon emissions by 60% in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia’s crown prince said the country wants to lead the coming green era.

The webinar “Women’s leadership and business resumption” was hosted by LIDE Mulher and supported by the ABCC’s women’s committee WAHI – Women Who Inspire. Brazil’s Claudia Massei, who’s the CEO of Siemens Oman, spoke and shared her experiences.

Brazil exempts 65 items from import tax to fight COVID-19
