This Thursday (6) in your ANBA Bulletin: The action plan of the Ryadah Sport Committee, launched by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. The strategy was presented this week at the institution’s headquarters in São Paulo with the participation of committee members, including René Simões, Rodrigo Nogueira (Minotauro), Reinaldo Carneiro Bastos, Camilla Prando, and Pedro Trengrouse.
Mansaf, a widely popular Jordanian dish, is served on special occasions and was included in UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritage. The lamb cooked in curds is generally served with rice and nuts.
Registrations for workshops on the halal market are open to companies in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais interested in the subject. Lectures on consumption and halal certification will take place in Belo Horizonte, Pouso Alegre and Uberlândia this month.

In Jordan, a sumptuous dish that has its roots in an ancient war has evolved over the centuries to be widely cherished as a symbol of peace and hospitality. Mansaf – the kingdom’s national dish of lamb cooked in dried yogurt, served with rice and nuts – is “the king of the Jordanian table,” says Ashraf Al-Mubaideen, 47, who runs a traditional restaurant in Amman.

Oil prices surge after output cut

Oil prices spiked this Monday (3) after several important players in the market, such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Russia, announced a cut in production as a “precautionary measure” after the recent price drop. At 10:30 GMT, the North Sea Brent barrel rose 5.14% to USD 84, and the WTI advanced 5.31% to USD 79.69. In the first hours of negotiations, the two indices reached a peak of almost 8%.

Syria floats tender to restore energy system

Registration open for halal workshop in Minas Gerais

Bigger companies could access export financing in Brazil

The Brazilian federal government has increased the revenue limit for companies to access the Export Financing Program (PROEX). Instead of the previous BRL 600 million (about USD 118.28 million at the current rate), as of May, companies with up to BRL 1.3 billion (about USD 256.27 million) in revenue will be eligible for the program.
