Brazil supplying further aid to Lebanon

This Thursday (27) in your ANBA Bulletin: the Arab Brazilian Chamber arranged a webinar this week to address Brazilian aid to Lebanon. The event was hosted by the Lebanese-Brazilian Community's Humanitarian Aid Group, which comprises the Arab Chamber alongside other associations and entities.

The webinar featured former Brazilian president Michel Temer, who led an entourage to Lebanon to deliver donated goods earlier this month. He looked back on the trip and said he would like for Brazil to help out in talks with Lebanon. According to parties managing aid from Brazil, there are 60 tons of goods yet to ship out.

The Brazilian entrepreneur Maria Eduarda Becker established the Três Marias Coffee brand in the UAE. Becker is partners with exporting company Ally Coffee for the Middle East and North Africa.

Saudi Arabia's Bahri and SALIC have created the National Grain Company. And Egypt sold USD 3.4 billion in Treasury bills, which will go towards addressing its buget deficit.
