This Friday (4) in your ANBA Bulletin: Talks for Cairo-São Paulo nonstop flight are in the final stages. So said the ambassador of Egypt to Brasília, Wael Ahmed Kamal Aboulmagd, during an Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) webinar held on Wednesday (2) about business opportunities between the two countries. A survey on immigration commissioned by the ABCC earlier this year has paved the way for further studies. Specialists participated in virtual event where they highlighted some data, such as the social classes and the strong male presence in the Arab community. The ABCC’s women’s committee hosted its first meeting with women interested in joining the initiative. During the meeting, the participants talked briefly about their life stories, and the group’s leaders presented the 2021 plans. And Qatar signed an agreement to establish an electric bus factory in the country with Chinese company Youtung. E-bus production for export will be a major focus.

 | A survey of the Arab community in Brazil, conducted by Ibope Inteligência and H2R Pesquisas Avançadas, has paved the way for further studies of Arab immigration to Brazil. such was the conclusion reached by experts on the subject this Monday (30) during the webinar ‘Arab Immigration to Brazil: Analysis and Interpretations.’ The survey was commissioned by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC), and the online debate was hosted by the Arab House, which the ABCC launched this year.

The UAE National Day is celebrated on December 2 and, this year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the institution chose to mark the date by planting Cerrado species.
