Read on the ANBA Bulletin of this Monday (23) that the Brazil-Tunisia Business Council decided to organize a series of bilateral trade promotion actions for the next two years. According to ambassador Hassine Bouzid, the chairman of the council on Tunisia's side, one of the actions will be Tunisia's participation in the 2019 São Paulo Supermarkets Association Trade Show (Apas Show) with a business mission organized by the Tunisia's Ministry of Trade.
Brazilian Foreign Minister Aloysio Nunes went into an official mission to North Africa. Brazil's FM visited Algeria this Monday (23) and Tunisia last Friday (20). He signed diplomatic agreements with both countries.
Also a highlight of the bulletin is the Brazilian participation in the Damascus International Fair, scheduled for September 5 to 15. For the second consecutive year, the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Brazil's embassy in Syria capital will have a stand in the expo available to Brazilian companies interested in placing their products for exhibition.

São Paulo – This Friday (20), the president of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Rubens Hannun, attended the eighth meeting of the Brazil-Tunisia Business Council, in Tunis. Hannun presides the council on the Brazilian side with ambassador Hassine Bouzid as his counterpart on the Tunisian side.

São Paulo – French brand Kiabi will open its first store in the Americas in São Paulo, in Ibirapuera mall, on August 11, a Saturday. The department store sells women’s, men’s and kid’s clothing and accessories, with products starting at BRL 15 (USD 4.15) and buys part of its clothing line in Morocco.
