Pandemic requires businesses to review contracts

This Friday (22) in your ANBA Bulletin: The recommendations given to Brazilian and Arab businesspeople during webinar on legal safety and international deal-making hosted by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce earlier this week.

One guideline given by the specialists was that the companies need to create a recovery plan, considering possible post-coronavirus scenarios. Another tip was including pandemic clauses in new international contracts.

In the webinar, Mariott Hotel Brasil executive talked about the coronavirus crisis' impacts on businesses and how the chain is preparing to welcome its guests with the new hygiene, cleaning and safety standards.

And several Arab countries started resuming economic activities, reopening retail and malls, creating business fronts in non-essential sectors besides food and healthcare.

And Arab movie and TV shows recommendations to watch during social distancing. Enjoy!
